Fiber connector

Fiber connector, it is removable (activities) connection device between optical fiber and optical fiber connection device, it is the two end of the optical fiber precision docking, to make the optical fiber output of light energy to maximize the coupling to the receiving optical fiber, and optical link due to the intervention and to minimize the effects on the system, it is the basic requirement of optical fiber connector.To a certain extent, the optical fiber connector affects the reliability and performance of the optical transmission system.
Used for repeatable plug connection between optical fiber devices, also known as optical fiber active connector. The main performance parameters (and typical values) : insertion loss (< 0.5 dB), plug repeatability and interchangeability between the connector (change in 500 times), etc. When used for large capacity high-speed transmission system, also requires small reflection.
